Mr. Chandan is one of the pioneers of telecom revolution in India. He has been a key-player in bringing CDMA technology in India and making it commercially lunched. He has previously held leadership positions as: Group President & CEO of Reliance Infocomm Limited (later Reliance Communications Limited) and Vice Chairman, Reliance Telecom Limited. Mr. Khurana, B. Tech of IITD, has 44 years of experience of setting up and successfully operating information, communications and entertainment enterprises in public and private sector. He was the founder CEO and Managing Director of Punjab Wireless Systems Ltd. at the age of 32 years, Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Limited at 41, founder Chairman & Managing Director of Optel Telecommunications Limited at 44. Dr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala
Dr.Jhunjhunwala received his B.Tech degree from IIT, Kanpur, and his MS and Ph.D degrees from the University of Maine. From 1979 to 1981, he was with Washington State University as Assistant Professor. Since 1981, he has been teaching at IIT, Madras, where he leads the Telecommunications and Computer Networks group (TeNeT). This group works with industry in the development of technologies relevant to India. It has incubated over 35 companies in the last twenty years. He chairs Rural Technology and Business Incubator (RTBI) at IIT Madras and Mobile Payment Forum of India (MPFI).
Dr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala has been awarded Padma Shri in the year 2002. He has been awarded Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Award in 1998, Dr.Vikram Sarabhai Research Award for the year 1997, Millennium Medal at Indian Science Congress in the year 2000 and H. K. Firodia for "Excellence in Science & Technology" for the year 2002, Shri Om Prakash Bhasin Foundation Award for Science & Technology for the year 2004, Awarded Jawaharlal Nehru Birth Centenary Lecture Award by INSA for the year 2006, IBM Innovation and Leadership Forum Award by IBM for the year 2006, awarded Bernard Low Humanitarian Award in 2009, awarded “Bharat Asmita Vigyaan –Tantragyaan Shresththa Award” for the best use of Science & Technology through Innovation in 2010 and awarded Honorary Doctorates by the Institute of Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden in 2008 and University of Maine, USA in 2010. In 2010, he was also awarded JC Bose Fellowship in 2010 by DST, Government of India. He is a Fellow of World Wireless Research forum, IEEE and Indian academies including INAE, IAS, INSA and NAS.
Dr. Jhunjhunwala is a Director in the Board of TTML, Polaris, 3i Infotech, Sasken, Tejas, Tata Communications and Exicom. He is member of Prime Minister's Scientific Advisory Committee.

Rajan S. Mathews
Director General of the industry association body – Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) representing the GSM-based service providers in India.
Mathews brings along a rich knowledge of finance and administration along with his extensive experience in the Indian telecom industry. He has been associated with various telecom firms in India as well as abroad.
Most recently Mathews was the COO of US operations and Corporate CFO and V.P. of Telargo, where he oversaw the company's US operations and financial, accounting, treasury, tax, administrative and HR functions. He has also served as President of Telephone Systems International and V.P. and CFO of Call Sciences Inc and held various senior executive positions with AT&T wireless. Mahesh Vaidya
Mahesh Vaidya is a Director of Intel Capital India. His investment focus includes Technology, Media and Telecom.
Mahesh joined Intel Capital in 2008. Prior to Intel Capital, he was Vice President at GF Private Equity Group, based in Durango, Colorado, USA. S.P. Shukla-
In 2011, S.P. Shukla joined Mahindra as President—Special Group Projects. He was inducted as a Member of the Group Executive Board of Mahindra & Mahindra. In addition, he serves on the Boards of Mahindra Retail, Bristlecone (USA), and Mahindra First Choice Services. He is also a member of the Investment Committee of Mahindra Partners - which steers the Group's foray into new ventures such as solar energy, logistics, and retail among others.
Shukla holds an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, where he received the Mahindra Industrial Scholarship for academic excellence in Marketing and Finance. He is also a B. Tech from IIT BHU, Varanasi.
He has over 30 years of rich and varied experience in managing large projects and operations. Shukla is a veteran in the field of automotive tyres and telecom sectors in India. Manish Gupta is the Director of IBM Research - India and Chief Technologist for IBM India/South Asia. He leads a team developing breakthrough technologies underlying innovation in Services, Software and Systems, and is co-leading the IBM Research activities across the world in the Mobile Web area. Previously, he has held senior leadership positions at IBM Research - India, IBM India Systems and Technology Lab, and the T. J. Watson Research Center, where he led research on software for the IBM Blue Gene supercomputer. (IBM was awarded the 2008 National Medal of Technology and Innovation for the invention of the Blue Gene supercomputer by US President Barack Obama in October 2009.)
Manish received a B. Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi in 1987 and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1992. He has co-authored over 70 papers, with over 3000 citations in Google Scholar, in the areas of high performance compilers, parallel computing, and Java Virtual Machine optimizations, and has filed eighteen patents.
Manish has received two Outstanding Technical Achievement Awards and the Gerstner Team Award for Client Excellence at IBM, and has been invited to give keynotes at several international conferences and workshops.

Narayanan Madhavan
Madhavan, senior journalist, columnist and editor, has more than 25 years of experience in journalism. He is currently Associate Editor running the business news pages of Hindustan Times, and writes a weekly column on technology issues, called Tech-IT-Easy. He has earlier worked in various capacities for Reuters, the international news agency, including Chief Technology Correspondent for India. Subho Ray, Ph.D
President, Internet and Mobile Association of India
As president, Subho heads the permanent secretariat of the association and is an ex-officio member of its governing council. He is currently responsible for conceptualising and implementing the association’s strategy and activities around regulatory affairs, public policy, industry standards, research, communications and promotional events.
Established in 2004, Internet and Mobile Association of India [IAMAI] is the only industry association in India representing the collective voice and interests of the 100+ online and mobile content and services industry.
In his current role, Subho has been instrumental in initiating some crucial steps for the development of the industry. The main among these are instituting an accreditation process for interactive agencies, a credit recovery process for online publishers, organizing and getting recognition for the mobile value added services industry, and for opening up the pre-paid instruments and mobile payment industry.
Under Subho’s leadership, IAMAI has also been in the forefront of formation of public policy and regulations relating to digital industry and taken the leadership position in all internet and mobile value added services research in India.
